PT Harap Panjang is one of Riau’s largest contractor in civil constructions – roads, bridges, harbour and airport. In 1994, PT. Harap Panjang develop its business in procurement of construction materials, transportation and rental of heavy equipment. Since 2001, PT Harap Panjang worked on the critical road improvement project in the Chevron Pacific Indonesia-Riau, an international oil and gas industry, in addition to conduct road improvement and road rehabilitation in Indonesia ministry of public works. This project was implemented an Engineering Procurement and Constructions (EPC) contracts where PT Harap Panjang was given full authority and responsibility for design and construction the project. Rehabilitation of roads is done by utilizing the existing material with stabilisation techniques (recycling) therefore more economical and environmental friendly. |
